The company name, operating website and business location must be visible on a contractor-owned source.

Coverage
A state, county, city or service-area statement must be explicit. A nearby office does not prove eligibility.

Capability
Each listed service and method must appear on a current contractor-owned page.

Freshness
Every profile carries a verification date. Unknown or stale fields stay visibly unverified.

Missing information is marked unverified rather than filled with an assumption.
Published profiles passed the identity, coverage, capability and freshness checks. Unknown details remain labelled instead of being inferred.
